The Tower Hotel

The location is really good and in fact it may be the best hotel with the best view possible without any other buildings blocking the view The room is very small but understandable I wish the hotel has more facilities and a non ihop restaurant Given it is built in a tower. Can’t expect too much I guess Parking is very expensive plus it is far away. A shuttle is needed to access your car There are some parking available nearby with a cheaper overnight fee so maybe that is a better option

The hotel itself was actually very nice, lobby was fairly modern and super clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The rooms themselves were actually pretty great. Good bed and bathroom and the views were excellent. Only issue I had with the hotel was the parking situation. Theres no actual parking at the hotel, they offer offsite parking that you can be shuttled too but for the price its not the best option. Stayed 2 nights and paid about $90 for parking which seems like a little much since my car was a few blocks away. Overall a pretty nice experience.

We had a great time. The initial room that I had booked in the courtyard unfortunately had no heat and so we were moved to a different part of the hotel that wasn’t in the courtyard. But we were happy that they were able to accommodate us so quickly. It was very busy with kids and parents and had a nice family vibe. I had requested a partial refund since we were moved to a different room that was not in the courtyard and it was honoured. I did have to connect with Expedia because they were the third-party bookers. And both businesses worked well together. Very grateful for that because we did pay extra to have access directly to the pool area in the playground.

Beautiful and nice hotel with some rooms overlooking the Niagara falls. Also has an observatory you can go for a view even if your room doesn't have. Very beautiful and neat rooms though no microwave, no Netflix on the TV just cable. Asides these, I am pretty satisfied with every other thing. Very courteous staff. Parking is off-site and paid but has a free bus service to and from. Would always recommend anytime.

Kat and jeet were honestly the best part of our stay. They helped us in so many ways and went above and beyond every time we needed anything. So friendly, respectful, and professional. They made everything easy and stress-free. Truly great customer service!Thank you both for making us feel so comfortable!!!

We loved this hotel! It was spotless, and we I loved the modern renovation (what a bathroom!). The hotel was comfortable - we enjoyed the fire place and TV, and tables & chairs where we enjoyed a snack in the sitting/living room on the main floor. We also checked out the observation deck which was lovely- view of the falls was great. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to walk to the OLG stage, so the location was great! Can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay! The Tower Hotel stored our bags without a problem. Our room was clean and modern with nice tall windows facing the street and autumn foliage. The espresso machine made good coffee. The reception area had comfortable couches and a beautiful bouquet of white roses. This hotel could use a sauna, especially when it rains outside, that would have made it 5 star, in my book, even with the overpriced restaurant. The IHOP on one of the floors was not worth it unless you don’t mind paying 100 for breakfast. If you do go, make sure they don’t seat you at a table with an obstructed view, that really hurts, when the bill comes. That’s why the four stars.

Talk about a magical view. We had a room with the premium view and the magic of being on top of the world will be something I hold dear for years to come. Felicia at the front desk gave us some incredible recommendations for dining and activities around town. We even extended our trip for an additional day so we didn't miss a thing. The hotel assisted us with all of the details - cannot thank them enough!

My father and I stayed at The Tower Hotel for 2 nights and it truly was a pleasantly surprising stay. The rooms were lovely and clean, spacious with new bathrooms. The location was perfect, you couldn’t be in a better spot. Even though we didn’t have rooms with the view of Niagara Falls, there was an observatory deck that was complimentary for hotel guests to use. Scott was very helpful and friendly, the service makes all the difference! So if you’re looking to stay somewhere in Niagara Falls, look no further! Will definitely recommend to friends and family who plan on visiting Niagara Falls!

The hotel was very nice. Exceptional service by Scott. (I think that is his name. He had a long beard) He was always helpful. The views from the room were great, and very clean. Rooms are on the smaller size, but worked great for what we needed. Location was good, nice and close walking distance to the casino. We will definitely return to the tower hotel.
